Back from the adam khoo 3 day 1 night camp! :D though it was tiring, ive learnt many things about life and it was a great experience for me. it was also a wake up call for me. through this camp, ive learnt many things like setting goals, how much my parents really meant to me, studying technique, self esteem is important, focus is important and if i believe i can do it, i can. It was all about how i look at things, whether i was really focusing to achieve my goals and whether i was really giving my best. Failure is a learning experience. Success is a process to reaching your goals. And i shall bear that in mind. it seems that i had low self esteem previously, but after this camp, ive learnt to love myself and i know im capable of doing many things. this camp was worthwhile.

i still did think of you, and yearned for you. but i know i will have to let go now.
